The DLD recorded the tower 7.25% complete on 12 June 2026, and Omniyat put it at 14% in late August 2026. Omniyat also cut its 2026 structure target from level 10 in February to level three in August, so the December 2027 date looks unlikely to hold.

Enara by Omniyat handover date: the latest position
Omniyat’s project page gives Q3 2028 as the completion date for Enara, its office tower in Marasi Bay, Business Bay (accessed 11 October 2026). The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register still carries a completion date of 31 December 2027 for project 3220. More on the offices, prices and payment plan is on the Enara by Omniyat project page.
The latest DLD inspection, on 12 June 2026, recorded 7.25% complete. Omniyat’s own figure, reported on 30 August 2026, was 14%. Either way, most of the tower is still to be built with about 15 months left to the register date.

The developer’s date has moved from the end of 2027 into the third quarter of 2028, and the 2026 structure target has been lowered.
What the Enara by Omniyat handover date means for payments
Continental Club lists a 70/30 plan: 70% paid before handover and 30% on handover. Omniyat has not published the plan itself. On the AED 70.4 million office registered on 15 January 2026, a 30% handover payment would be about AED 21.1 million. If completion follows Omniyat’s Q3 2028 date, that payment comes about nine months after the register date.
