The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Ember at Park Five a completion date of 1 June 2027. Deyaar said at launch in November 2024 that phase 1 of Park Five, made up of Elm and Ember, would complete in summer 2027, and Property Finder lists June 2027. The latest DLD inspection, on 17 September 2026, recorded the building 18.24% complete. That leaves about 82% of the work to do in less than eight months. No revised date had been filed in the register by 4 October 2026.

How the Ember at Park Five handover date has changed

The date has not moved since launch. What has changed is the pace. Data Dubai puts progress since June 2026 at about 1.8 percentage points a month. At that rate the building would be well short of complete by 1 June 2027, so buyers can expect the registered date to be revised or the SPA grace period to come into play.

What the Ember at Park Five handover date means for payments

The main plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover (Property Finder; Continental Club). Property Finder also lists a 10/30/60 plan. Under either plan, half or more of the price is paid on handover. If handover moves later, that payment moves later too, along with any mortgage drawdown tied to it.

What to check before relying on the Ember at Park Five date

1. The completion date and grace period in the SPA. The registered 1 June 2027 date is the starting point, not a promise of keys on that day.
2. The next DLD inspection figure. A building at 18.24% in September 2026 needs much faster progress to finish by June 2027.
3. Which payment plan the unit uses, since a 60% final payment is harder to fund than 50% if the date moves.
4. Phase confusion with other Park Five buildings. Ivy, Alder and Neem carry later dates, so listings that quote “Park Five” without the building name can mislead.
