What the Elm at Park Five handover date means for payments
The plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover (Deyaar factsheet). Aigents Realty lists the construction instalments as dated payments, ending with 6% in April 2027, so by the registered date most buyers will have paid 50% regardless of progress. The other half moves with completion: about AED 515,000 on a 1 bedroom at the AED 1,030,190 registered median.

- The SPA date and grace period for the specific tower and unit.
- The next DLD inspection. A 1 June 2027 finish needs about 28 points a quarter, against 5.17 between June and September 2026.
- Deyaar’s recent timing. Regalia was handed over in April 2026, about 16 months after its first target, and Tria was handed over in October 2026, after its September 2026 target passed (Deyaar, 6 Oct 2026).
