What to check before buying at Ivy at Park Five

  1. The SPA completion date and grace period, since Deyaar’s recent towers finished later than first stated.
  2. Which Park Five project the unit is in. Neem, Elm, Ember, Ivy and Alder have different registered dates.
  3. The 55% handover payment, and whether a mortgage will cover it.
  4. Unit type. Duplexes and the single 3 bedroom unit are few, so resale comparisons for them are thin.
