What the Elaris Sky handover date means for payments
The plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover (Binayah and Continental Club, accessed October 2026). On a AED 767,000 studio, AED 230,100 falls due at handover, and on a 1 bedroom at the median registered price of AED 1,160,101, about AED 348,000. If handover moves later, so does that final payment, while construction instalments follow the pace of work.
What to check before relying on the Elaris Sky date
- Which completion date the SPA states, 30 September 2028 or a Q4 2028 date, and the grace period after it.
- The DLD progress for project 4019 at the next inspection, since the August 2026 figure was the first above zero.
- That the unit is in Elaris Sky, not Elaris Rise, as the two towers launched together but are separate registered projects.
