Cetara’s registered completion date is 31 January 2030 at the Dubai Land Department (DLD), where it is listed as CETARA, project 4382, under Island Oasis Properties in Al Hebiah Fifth. The DLD inspection of 8 September 2026 recorded 0.25% progress. The registered start date is 15 July 2026, so the building programme on the register runs about three and a half years.

DAMAC has not published Cetara’s plan. Data Habibi lists 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on handover, and Doment lists the same 70/30 split. If completion moves past January 2030, the 30% moves with it, while construction instalments depend on how the SPA ties them to time or progress.
