When will DAMAC Lagoon Views be handed over?
Lagoon Views is the apartment district of DAMAC Lagoons, the community opposite DAMAC Hills in Dubailand. DAMAC launched it in January 2024 with 1 and 2 bedroom flats in G+6 buildings beside the lagoon, under the sales name Andalucia. Later releases added taller buildings and studios. DAMAC’s Lagoon Views page gives one handover date for the district, Q2 2027.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) registers Lagoon Views as 13 separate projects, and their dates differ. None is recorded as finished. The completion dates on record run from 31 March 2027 for Lagoon Views 9 and 10 to 31 December 2027 for Lagoon Views 13, which was under 6% built in July 2026. For the first eight phases, the register extract published by Continental Club shows no completion date.

The first release launched from AED 979,000 for a 1 bedroom and AED 1,564,000 for a 2 bedroom in January 2024 (Petkovic Properties). Median DLD-registered prices per sq ft are higher in the later phases, from about AED 1,556 in Lagoon Views 1 to about AED 1,750 in Lagoon Views 12 (Continental Club).

Plans differ by phase. The January 2024 brochure for the first release offered 70/30 and 80/20 plans, with a 20% deposit and 1% monthly instalments. Lagoon Views 12 is listed on 80/20: 20% down, 60% during construction and 20% on handover (Continental Club). Property Finder lists 20/40/40 for Andalucia, and Data Habibi shows 20/50/30 for Lagoon Views 1. Between 20% and 40% of the price is due at handover, depending on the plan.
DAMAC Lagoon Views developer and delivery record
DAMAC handed over 513 homes at DAMAC Lagoons in 2025 and targets about 6,300 in 2026 (DAMAC, 4 September 2026). The townhouse clusters finished later than their registered dates: on the DLD register, Santorini, Costa Brava and Malta were recorded finished between November 2025 and August 2026, four to twelve months after their registered dates in mid and late 2025. Lagoon Views is DAMAC’s first apartment district at DAMAC Lagoons, so there is no finished apartment phase to compare with yet.

- The DLD project number for your unit. Lagoon Views 9 and Lagoon Views 13 are nine months apart on the register.
- The completion date in the SPA, which may differ from DAMAC’s Q2 2027 headline date for the district.
- The share due at handover, which ranges from 20% to 40% across the plans in use.
- DAMAC’s resale and NOC rules before handover, since most registered sales so far are from the developer.
