Binghatti Skyhall was registered for completion on 31 August 2026, and that date has passed. The last Dubai Land Department inspection, on 30 April 2026, recorded the tower 31.14% complete, four months before the registered date. More on prices and sizes is on the Binghatti Skyhall page.

The published targets still sit in 2026. Binghatti’s page says Q3 2026, which has ended, and Property Finder lists 30 November 2026. Propsearch and Continental Club give Q4 2026. No newer DLD inspection and no revised date had been published by 11 October 2026.

What the Binghatti Skyhall handover date means for payments

The plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction and 30% on completion. The 30% falls due when the building is completed, so a later completion delays it. On a studio at the AED 975,000 launch price, the completion payment is AED 292,500. On a 838 sq ft 1 bedroom bought at AED 1,904,000 in September 2026, it would be AED 571,200 (Continental Club, DLD data).

What to check before relying on the Binghatti Skyhall date

1. The completion date and grace period in the SPA, since the three published dates differ and the registered one has passed.
2. Whether the DLD has recorded an extension for project 3504, through the DLD project status enquiry service.
3. The next DLD inspection figure. The April 2026 reading is the last one public, so current progress is unknown.
4. The completion notice terms in the SPA, which set how much warning is given before the 30% payment.
