Binghatti Skyblade handover date: the latest position

Binghatti Skyblade is due for completion in Q4 2027. The DLD register holds a registered completion date of 30 November 2027 for the Downtown Dubai tower, and Binghatti’s own page gives Q4 2027. Prices and the payment plan are on the Binghatti Skyblade page.

The latest DLD inspection, on 21 April 2026, recorded 17.06% complete. That was about 19 months before the registered date. No newer inspection had been published by 4 October 2026.

Skyblade is a single tower, filed on the DLD register as one building with 596 units.

How the Binghatti Skyblade handover date has changed

The date has held at Q4 2027 since launch. Progress between the two published inspections averaged a little under 1.4 points a month.

To reach 100% by 30 November 2027, the tower needs about 83 more points in roughly 19 months from the April 2026 inspection, close to 4.4 points a month. That is about three times the rate recorded between August 2025 and April 2026. The next published inspection will show whether the pace has picked up.

What the Binghatti Skyblade handover date means for payments

Binghatti’s current plan puts 30% of the price on completion. Propsearch and Data Habibi record the launch plan with 40% on handover. For a 2 bedroom bought at AED 4,959,999, the October 2026 registered price, the completion payment is about AED 1.49 million under the 30% plan and about AED 1.98 million under the 40% plan. That payment moves with the handover date.

What to check before relying on the Binghatti Skyblade date

1. The completion date and grace period in the SPA, compared with the registered 30 November 2027.
2. The next DLD inspection for project 3725, since the last published figure is from April 2026.
3. Whether the contract is on the 30% or 40% handover plan, which changes the size of the final payment.
