The 18 month programme filed at launch was not met. The registered date has not been updated on the register, but the developer’s own published date has moved from Q1 2026 at launch to Q4 2026. On 10 October 2026 Dubai Handover listed the tower as 192 days past its registered date.
What the Binghatti Hillviews handover date means for payments
Binghatti’s plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction in five instalments, and 30% at 100% completion. The 30% balance, about AED 256,000 on an AED 853,000 studio, follows the real completion date. With the tower about a third built in June 2026, part of the construction instalments were also still to fall due.
What to check before relying on the Binghatti Hillviews date
- The SPA date and grace period. The three published dates span more than a year, and only the SPA binds the developer.
- Whether the unit is a resale. Almost all 1,581 units were sold by September 2026, so many buyers take over an existing contract and its remaining instalments.
- The latest DLD inspection. The last public reading is from June 2026. The Dubai REST app shows the current figure for project 3321.
- The project name and number. Binghatti Hills (3053) and Binghatti Hillviews (3321) are different towers, and their dates are often confused.
