Azizi’s wider guidance is that handovers across its projects run “through 2026 and into 2027” (GDN, 15 September 2026), and its Azizi Venice buildings missed the Q1 2026 date given in October 2025.

Half the price is due at handover. The plan is 20% on booking, three 10% instalments at 300, 450 and 600 days after booking, and 50% on handover (OffPlan Insider, 8 October 2026). On a AED 564,000 studio, AED 282,000 falls due at handover.
