AG AUM Residence is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 30 November 2028. At the last DLD inspection, on 24 March 2026, the tower was 2.44% complete, 16 months after construction started on 30 November 2024. The developer gives Q4 2028, and Property Finder lists November 2028, both matching the register. No newer DLD reading had been published by October 2026, so the March figure is the latest official one.

The date has not changed since launch. The issue is the pace. The registered schedule allows 48 months, and a third of that time had passed by March 2026 with 2.44% recorded. To finish by 30 November 2028, the tower would need about three points a month from April 2026, against about a quarter of a point a month between July 2025 and March 2026. High-rise progress often speeds up once the structure rises, so the next inspection matters more than a straight-line projection.
What the AG AUM Residence handover date means for payments
Every published plan has 15% paid at booking and 45% during construction, which Property Finder says is split into six instalments. The final 40% is listed as due after handover by Property Finder and on handover by Aigents Realty. If it is due on handover, it will move with the actual completion date. If it is a post-handover plan, the instalments only start once the building is delivered, so a later handover delays them too.
What to check before relying on the AG AUM Residence date
- The construction instalment triggers. If the six instalments are tied to dates rather than progress stages, buyers could pay 60% of the price on a site that is still at the foundation stage.
- The SPA completion date and grace period, against the registered 30 November 2028.
- That the unit is in DLD project 3262. AG Properties also sells AUM 99 Residences nearby, with its own Q1 2029 date.
