What the 31 Above by Beyond handover date means for payments
The plan is 50/50 (Tanami Properties). Buyers pay 10% on booking, 10% within a month and six instalments of 5% at 5, 11, 17, 23, 29 and 35 months from booking. The first 50% is due within 35 months of booking, whatever the build pace. The other 50% is due at handover, so a later completion date delays the largest payment but not the earlier ones.
