105 Residences by Kamdar handover date: the latest position
105 Residences by Kamdar is registered for completion on 28 February 2027, and Kamdar Developments says the building will be ready to move in from Q1 2027. Full project details are on the 105 Residences by Kamdar page.
The building is a long way behind that date. The DLD inspection of 13 July 2026 recorded 10.1% progress, with under eight months left. Reaching 100% by 28 February 2027 would take about 12 percentage points a month from July. The pace between the April and July 2026 inspections was about 2 points a month (Continental Club). Kamdar has not published a revised date.

The launch coverage in December 2024 did not state a handover quarter. Kamdar’s own site gives Q1 2027, which matches the registered date, and neither has changed. Portals differ slightly: DubaiHaus shows 31 March 2027, a month after the registered date. The gap is between the date and the progress, not between sources.

Two plans appear on developer price lists (EZRE, October 2026). Under 10/20/70, the 20% construction share is paid in two 10% instalments and 70% falls due at handover, so most of the price waits for completion. A later completion delays that payment. Under the post-handover plan, 10% is paid on booking, 35% during construction and 5% on handover, and the remaining 50% runs for 50 months at 1% a month, so its start date also moves with the handover.
