The DLD inspection of 26 August 2026 recorded the building 6.84% complete. Between 17 December 2025 and 26 August 2026 it gained about 4.5 points, roughly half a point a month. Reaching 100% by December 2027 would mean about 6 points a month from September 2026, and Q3 2027 would need faster still.
