08 Life Residences was registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 31 May 2026. That date has passed. At the last DLD inspection, on 26 August 2026, the building was 64.87% complete, and the register still showed the May 2026 date in October 2026. The developer’s stated date was Q2 2026, and Property Finder still shows May 2026. emirates.estate has moved to Q4 2026. None of these later dates is on the DLD register.
