The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Views VII by Golden Woods a completion date of 30 July 2026. That date has passed. The last published DLD inspection, on 8 May 2026, recorded the building 90.35% complete, and the register still listed it as under construction on 4 October 2026 (Mitchells). A daily tracker of the register showed the same 90.3% and an active status on 10 October 2026 (Dubai Handover).
Golden Woods’ own project page gives a completion date of Q2 2026. Portals give Q3 2026 (Continental Club, developer supplied; Luxury Located; Dubainary). One portal, Ezre, describes the building as handed over in Q3 2026, but the DLD register does not show it as completed. The DLD register lists the project as “Views Vii By Golden Woods”.

Construction started on 31 July 2024 (DLD project number 3233). Between the inspections of 3 December 2025 and 8 May 2026, the building gained 25.9 points, from about 64% to 90.35% (DLD register via Continental Club). That was the fastest stretch of the build. No inspection after 8 May 2026 had been published by 10 October 2026.
The building is registered as ground plus four floors plus roof, with 68 units, in Madinat Al Mataar, the DLD area name for Dubai South’s residential district. The escrow bank is Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (Mitchells).
