Property Finder shows an expected completion of 24 November 2026. Metrical’s project page gave November 2026 as early as December 2024, so the date has not moved since launch.
The last published DLD inspection, on 22 April 2026, recorded 80.42% complete (DLD project register via Continental Club, registry updated 1 October 2026). No newer inspection had been published by 11 October 2026, about six weeks before the registered date.

The Vyne Residences construction update
DLD records construction starting on 15 May 2024, the same day sales opened. Property Finder showed 63.72% at an update dated 17 December 2025. The DLD inspection of 22 April 2026 recorded 80.42%, a gain of 16.7 points in about four months. If that pace held, the structure would have reached completion around late summer 2026, though no inspection has confirmed it.
The DLD register describes a ground floor, four commercial and services floors, 16 typical floors and a penthouse level. Metrical calls it a 23 storey building on Al Khail Road in JVT District 5. Propsearch names Al Sayegh Contracting as main contractor and Emirates Engineer Consulting Engineering as consultant. The project value submitted to the Land Department was AED 124.4 million.
