When will Sobha Solis be handed over?

Two different handover dates are published for this project. Sobha’s own website lists December 2027. Property Finder’s project page lists December 2028, a year later. Neither date has passed yet, but they do not agree, so the date in your sale and purchase agreement is the one that applies to your unit.

Construction was still at an early stage in the first quarter of 2026, with the project only 5.53% built.

What is the payment plan?

The published plan is 60% of the price during construction and 40% on handover.

As a worked example only, for a 1 bedroom unit at the current AED 1.55 million starting price, plus the 4% DLD registration fee of AED 62,000: the 60% construction share is AED 930,000, and the 40% due at handover is AED 620,000, in addition to the fee paid at booking.

What do homes cost?

Sobha’s current listings run up to about AED 4.04 million, for unit sizes between 674 and 1,895 sq ft.

What to check before booking

1. Which handover date applies to your unit, since Sobha’s own site and Property Finder differ by a year.
2. How the 4% DLD fee is billed alongside the 60/40 instalments, in writing, before you book.
3. The DLD project status for this building, through Dubai Land Department’s project status enquiry service.
4. The balance due at handover, since 40% of the price is a large final payment to fund on a date that is not yet settled between sources.
