When will Sobha One be handed over?
Two published dates do not fully agree. Property Finder’s project page lists Q4 2026, meaning by 31 December 2026. Propsearch’s tracker, last updated 15 September 2026, gives an earlier estimate of June 2026, which has already passed without a confirmed handover reported. Separately, Sobha’s own July 2026 statement named Sobha One among five projects, alongside Sobha Hartland, Hartland 2, Reserve and Verde, that it planned to hand over in 2026 as part of a record 6,819 unit delivery target.
What is the Sobha One payment plan?
