Select Group’s own development page and Property Finder both list July 2028, the third quarter, as the handover date for this 122 storey tower, launched on 31 October 2024. Bayut’s guide gives a different year, 2029, and separately states construction was 30% complete at the time it was written. The date in your sale and purchase agreement is the one that applies to your unit.
What is the payment plan?
Select Group and Property Finder both list a 20/20/60 structure: 20% at launch, a further 20% during construction split into two instalments, and 60% on completion.
