Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti is a single residential tower in Downtown Dubai, built by Binghatti Developers with Mercedes-Benz. It was the first home project to carry the Mercedes-Benz name. Mercedes-Benz Places by Binghatti construction update
DLD inspections recorded 26.13% on 23 January 2025, 48.49% on 14 October 2025 and 65.25% on 28 April 2026 (Continental Club). The last gain was 16.76 points in about six months, or 2.6 points a month. At that pace the tower would reach 100% around June 2027, past the registered date. This is a calculation from DLD figures, not a developer forecast.

Binghatti said in March 2026 that it had delivered more than 50 developments and had over 40,000 units in its portfolio. In December 2025 Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz announced a much larger branded master project in Meydan, which Propsearch lists as Binghatti City with a Q2 2029 estimate. It is a separate project with its own buildings and dates.
