When will Me Do Re Business be handed over?

The DLD project register gives Me Do Re Business a completion date of 20 September 2029. Continental Club lists the developer’s own date as Q3 2029, which matches. Mitchells, ezre and some Property Finder listings show Q4 2029, one quarter later. Property Monitor, via Dubai Office Finder, records the sales launch on 29 April 2025 and the same 20 September 2029 date as both anticipated and expected completion.

The project sits in Cluster H of JLT, on plot H1, in the DLD district called Al Thanyah Fifth. It is a single building, so one date covers every unit.

Me Do Re Business construction update

The DLD register records 24.47% progress at an inspection dated 21 November 2024. No newer inspection appears in the register as republished on 8 October 2026. The register’s description says the concrete frame was “currently built until the eleventh floor” when the project was filed, which explains why progress was already near a quarter before the registered construction start of 15 November 2025.

The approved design is four basements, an upper basement, ground floor, 39 floors, a mechanical floor and a roof, with a glass curtain wall. Units are handed over as core and shell, which means buyers fit out their own offices. Escrow payments go to Commercial Bank of Dubai under DLD project number 3409.

Me Do Re Business developer and delivery record

Me Do Re Properties DMCC is chaired by Sheikh Maktoum Hasher Al Maktoum, and its sales centre is in JLT Cluster L. Its earlier project, the 41 storey Me Do Re residential tower in Cluster L, started construction in January 2020 and was completed in January 2024 (Lived). The company says it has delivered more than 4 million sq ft of residential and commercial space in Dubai. Me Do Re Business is its first office tower.

What to check before buying at Me Do Re Business

  1. The date in the SPA. Sources split between Q3 and Q4 2029, and the DLD date is 20 September 2029.
  2. Progress since November 2024. The public register shows no DLD inspection after 21 November 2024, so the current percentage is worth checking in the Dubai REST app under project 3409.
  3. Fit-out cost. Offices are handed over core and shell, so fit-out sits on top of the purchase price and the 4% DLD fee.
  4. Which payment plan applies. Plans range from 50% on handover to 30% spread over up to four years after handover.
