When will Imtiaz Symphony be handed over?

The Dubai Land Department (DLD) register gives Imtiaz Symphony a completion date of 15 June 2029. Imtiaz states an estimated completion of Q2 2029 on its project page, the same quarter it gave at launch in December 2025. The tower is registered as “Imtiaz Symphony Tower” under Imtiaz Symphony Development, a project company of Imtiaz Developments, and is marketed as The Symphony by Imtiaz.

The last DLD inspection, on 16 September 2026, recorded 6.3% complete, up from 4.00% on 16 June 2026. Reaching 100% by 15 June 2029 would need about 2.8 points a month from October 2026, slightly faster than the 2.3 points gained over the three months to September.

Imtiaz Symphony construction update

Construction started on 15 December 2025 (DLD register via Continental Club). Imtiaz had said at launch that work would begin in Q1 2026. The DLD project number is 4193 and the escrow bank is United Bank Limited. Imtiaz’s own construction page shows about 6% overall, with progress bars for super-structure, MEP and finishing works (accessed 11 October 2026).

The building has two basement levels, a ground floor, five podium levels, 34 floors and a roof. Offices take floors 2 to 8 and homes run from floor 10 to 34, with separate lifts and entrances for each (Imtiaz). The plot is 4,234 sq m. Imtiaz Symphony homes and sizes

Unit counts and sizes are from the DLD register via Continental Club, which trims the smallest and largest 5% of each type. The register lists 369 units. Imtiaz gives 290 homes, 84 offices and 7 retail units, a total of 381, so the two counts differ. Home types include master 1 bedroom suites and 4 bedroom duplexes (Imtiaz).

Imtiaz Symphony prices and resale

At launch, Imtiaz priced homes from AED 2 million, with penthouses up to AED 20 million (Gulf News, 3 December 2025). Imtiaz describes the project as worth AED 1 billion.

Continental Club counts 267 DLD sales at a median of AED 26,957 per square metre, about AED 2,504 per sq ft (transactions to 2 October 2026). By type, median prices were AED 1,960,328 for a 1 bedroom of about 78 sq m (176 sales), AED 3,364,673 for a 2 bedroom (34 sales) and AED 4,116,440 for a 3 bedroom (8 sales). Recent sales include:

• a 1 bedroom of about 843 sq ft for AED 1,940,988 on 2 October 2026
• a 2 bedroom of about 1,428 sq ft for AED 3,479,834 on 1 October 2026
• a 4 bedroom of about 2,567 sq ft for AED 8,414,353 on 25 September 2026

Continental Club’s page gives the resale share as both none and one sale, so the figure is unclear.

Imtiaz Symphony payment plan

Imtiaz lists 20% on booking, staggered instalments during construction between 2026 and 2028, and 40% on completion in Q2 2029. Continental Club gives the construction share as 40%. On a 2 bedroom bought for AED 3.36 million, the completion payment is about AED 1.35 million.

Imtiaz Symphony developer and delivery record

Imtiaz Developments was founded in 1993. Continental Club counts 21 Imtiaz projects on the DLD register, 2 completed and 19 under construction. Its completed buildings include Westwood by Imtiaz in Al Furjan. Symphony is one of three Imtiaz towers in Meydan Horizon, with Wynwood Horizon (Q4 2028) and Chavelle (Q1 2029). Imtiaz calls Symphony the most ambitious project in its AED 3 billion Meydan portfolio.

What to check before buying at Imtiaz Symphony

1. Whether the unit is a home or an office. The register’s 369 units include offices and shops, and Imtiaz’s own count is 381.
2. The SPA completion date and grace period, against the registered 15 June 2029.
3. Funding for the 40% completion payment, including mortgage approval timing in 2029.
4. The price against DLD sales. Registered 1 bedroom sales in September 2026 ranged from AED 1.61 million to AED 2.06 million.
