Emaar has not published one payment plan for the whole of Emaar South. Plans differ by release. A payment schedule published for one Emaar South release ran 10% at booking, 30% in three instalments to August 2024, 50% during construction to October 2026 and a final 10% at completion in August 2027 (off-planproperties.ae, accessed 28 Sep 2026). Newer releases, including Golf Acres, Golf Dale, Golf Meadows, Golf Verge and Golf Hills, which started construction in April 2026, are not covered by that example. Check the exact plan for your release before booking.

When will Emaar South be handed over?
Emaar South has been handed over and built out in phases since 2020. The table below shows what Propsearch reports for each release.

No single completion date covers the whole community. Emaar South is a large masterplan and Emaar continues to launch new releases within it, each on its own construction and handover schedule.
What is the Emaar South payment plan?
Emaar has not published one payment plan for Emaar South as a whole. Its own material on the community’s plans says each release has its own terms, and that these can change between releases.
One published example, for an earlier Emaar South release, ran as follows.

As an example only, applying that structure to a 3 bedroom villa listed from AED 1.8 million: 10% at booking is AED 180,000, plus the 4% Dubai Land Department registration fee of AED 72,000, for AED 252,000 due at booking. The 80% due during construction comes to AED 1,440,000, and the final 10% at completion is AED 180,000. This is illustrative. The plan for a specific release, including Golf Acres, Golf Dale, Golf Meadows, Golf Verge and Golf Hills, may differ.
