Creek Vistas Grande is a single residential tower by Sobha Realty in Sobha Hartland, the older Sobha community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City. The DLD register lists 400 homes in one building of a basement, ground floor, four podium levels, two service floors, 37 typical floors and a roof; Propsearch describes it as 44 storeys. Homes are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments facing Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Canal and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Sobha marketed it in 2022 as the last Downtown facing apartments in Sobha Hartland. Bookings opened on 15 June 2022 (Property Finder), the DLD inspection of 27 December 2024 recorded it 100% complete, and Sobha announced the handover on 30 January 2025. The tower is sold out, so homes now sell on resale.

Broker launch listings in 2022 rounded the starting price to AED 1.3 million (Your Place Dubai; Aeon and Trisl). Property Finder now shows a launch price of AED 2.8 million, which does not match the 2022 price lists. Some launch listings gave 2 bedrooms from 1,018 sq ft and 3 bedrooms up to 1,962 sq ft.
DLD-registered resales are above launch prices. 856 sq ft 1 bedrooms sold for AED 1,468,005 on 5 October 2026 and AED 1,650,000 on 6 October 2026, a 1,195 sq ft 2 bedroom for AED 2,770,000 on 9 September 2026, and a 1,636 sq ft 3 bedroom for AED 3,650,000 on 22 July 2026 (UAE Property Checker; Property Finder). Medians differ by source and period: Continental Club gives about AED 1.42 million for a 1 bedroom and AED 2.25 million for a 2 bedroom, while BrickDXB gives AED 1.65 million and AED 2.52 million for the 24 months to 5 October 2026. Creek Vistas Grande construction update
There is no construction left. The DLD register records a start on 15 June 2022 and 100% complete at the inspection of 27 December 2024, about two and a half years from start to finish, and lists the project as completed. Sobha credited the speed to its in-house building model and factory-made bathroom pods (CBNME, 18 November 2024).
