Danube’s own material does not narrow the date beyond the year. Since this project only launched in September 2025, no construction percentage was found published yet.

Who is the developer and what is its handover record?
Danube says it has completed 16 projects to date, with 16 more under construction, and announced in July 2026 that 11 of those were due for handover within 12 months (Danube via Arabian Post, 30 Jul 2026). Breez launched more recently, in September 2025, so it is not among that group of 11.
