The date has held at Q3 2027, or 1 September 2027, in every source checked. What has not been tested yet is the pace. Continental Club calculates 0.52 percentage points a month from the two inspections so far, and notes that across 1,175 completed Dubai projects the median pace is 2.48 points a month, with a median build of 40 months. The registered schedule gives Vista about 20 months from its January 2026 start.
What the Vista by Vision handover date means for payments
Property Finder lists the plan as 10% down payment, 10% during construction and 80% on handover. OffPlanIndex also shows a 20% down, 80% on handover version. In both, only 20% is paid before completion, so the handover date sets when buyers need the other 80%. For a 1 bedroom at the registered median of AED 1.11 million, that is about AED 888,000. If the date moves, that payment moves with it.

- The anticipated completion date in the SPA, and whether it says 1 September 2027 or a quarter, plus the grace period allowed after it.
