The DLD inspection of 14 July 2026 recorded 0% construction progress. At launch in late 2025 the reported target was Q2 2029, so the registered date is about eight months later than that first promise.

Vincitore Wellness Estate handover date: the latest position
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register holds 15 February 2030 as the completion date for Vincitore Wellness Estate (project number 4148). The DLD inspection of 14 July 2026 recorded 0% construction progress, seven months after the registered construction start of 15 December 2025. Prices, sizes and payment plans are on the Vincitore Wellness Estate page.
Property Finder shows February 2030, in line with the register. Earlier coverage gave Q2 2029, and Propsearch shows Q4 2029, so older listings can show a date up to eight months earlier than the register.
Vincitore Wellness Estate handover date by building
The DLD register treats Vincitore Wellness Estate as one project of 1,475 units. Propsearch lists two 36 storey buildings, Building 1 and Building 2, but no source publishes separate dates for them.

The first public target, Q2 2029, has given way to a registered date in February 2030. Vincitore’s previous wellness project, Vincitore Benessere, had a registered completion date of 9 January 2023 and reached 100% at a DLD inspection on 8 January 2025 (Mitchell’s). From the July 2026 inspection, finishing by 15 February 2030 would need average progress of a little over 2 percentage points a month across both buildings.
What the Vincitore Wellness Estate handover date means for payments
The main plan is 20% on booking, 50% during construction in 10 instalments, 6% on handover and 24% after handover, which Casadior lists as payable within 24 months (Property Finder; Casadior). Only 6% falls due on handover itself. The post-handover share starts after completion, so a February 2030 handover would push the final instalments to early 2032. On the 60/40 option, 40% is due at handover instead.

- The completion date in the SPA, and whether it reflects Q2 2029 or the registered 15 February 2030.
- Whether construction instalments are linked to DLD progress or fixed dates. With 0% recorded in July 2026, milestone-linked instalments would not yet be due.
- The post-handover schedule, including the start date of the 24 months.
