Veona by Gutti is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 31 December 2027. Gutti Development’s official project page, reviewed on 3 September 2026, gives an anticipated completion of Q4 2027, and Property Finder lists 31 December 2027. The building was 11.08% complete at the DLD inspection on 18 June 2026. Data Habibi records that the developer first promised Q2 2027, so the current date is already about six months later than the original one.

The six month change came between the original Q2 2027 promise and the Q4 2027 date now used by Gutti and the register. Gutti has not published an explanation. Property Finder, Gutti’s own page and the DLD register now all point to the end of 2027, so the current sources agree.
