Val by Kasco is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 30 December 2026. Kasco Developments has given Q4 2026 since it launched the building on 26 November 2024. Full project details are on the Val by Kasco page.
The building was 72.55% complete at the DLD inspection on 19 August 2026, up 15.16 points since 6 May. If that pace of about 4.3 points a month continued, construction would reach 100% around March 2027. Kasco has not announced any change, and the register still shows 30 December 2026.

The date has held for almost two years. The open question is whether the last quarter of the work, typically finishing, testing and authority approvals, fits in the time left.
What the Val by Kasco handover date means for payments
Most of the price is tied to handover. The launch plan is a 20% down payment, then 10%, 5% and 5% during construction, and 60% on handover, with no post-handover plan (Evolutions, November 2024). Kasco’s factsheet shows 50/50 instead. On the median registered 1 bedroom price of AED 1,479,777, 60% is about AED 888,000 and 50% about AED 740,000. That payment falls due when Kasco issues the completion notice, so a move into 2027 would push it back by the same amount.

- The completion date and grace period in the SPA. The date is 30 December 2026, but the pace to August points to early 2027.
- The plan in the SPA, 40/60 or 50/50, and whether a mortgage for the handover payment is approved in time.
