The Wilds Residences handover date: the latest position
The Wilds Residences is registered for completion on 30 June 2030, and Aldar gives Q2 2030 for handover. The date sits in the Dubai Land Department (DLD) register under DLD project number 4377, filed by Aurora SPV 2, Aldar’s joint venture company with Dubai Holding. Building work had barely begun when the last figures were published. The only DLD inspection, on 3 February 2026, recorded 0%, and the register gives 1 June 2026 as the construction start. That leaves just over four years to complete six mid-rise buildings.
The Wilds Residences handover date by building

Aldar’s launch release did not give a handover quarter. Sales material since launch has given Q2 2030, matching the registered date, and the date has not changed. The Q2 2029 on one broker page is the only earlier figure found.
What The Wilds Residences handover date means for payments
The plan is 5% on booking, 60% during construction and 35% on handover. A published schedule fixes the construction instalments to calendar dates, from 10% on 31 August 2026 to 5% on 30 September 2029 (Off Plan Properties). By the end of September 2029, 65% of the price is paid. The final 35%, about AED 560,000 on a 1 bedroom at AED 1.6 million, is due at handover. If completion moves past 30 June 2030, the 35% moves with it, but the dated instalments before it do not.
