The Mural by Beyond handover date: the latest position
The Mural by Beyond is registered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for completion on 10 July 2028. Beyond gave Q2 2028 at launch in April 2025, and Propsearch now estimates Q4 2028 (updated 19 September 2026). Full project details are on The Mural by Beyond page.
The tower was 16.64% complete at the DLD inspection on 1 October 2026. That is double the 8.2% recorded in May, but most of the 36 storey structure is still to be built.

Beyond’s March 2026 update described delivery across its Dubai Maritime City projects as on track and did not give a revised quarter for The Mural. The rise from 8.2% to 16.64% between May and October 2026 fits the June 2026 slab target having been met, though Beyond has not published a later update confirming it.

The plan is 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover (Continental Club), which Propsearch describes as 50/50. Half the price is due at completion. For a 1 bedroom registered at about AED 2.64 million in April 2026, that is about AED 1.32 million, due in the second half of 2028 if the registered date holds. A move to Q4 2028 would push that payment back by a few months.
