Sparklz by Danube has a registered completion date of 31 May 2028 with the Dubai Land Department, under project number 3611. Property Finder lists Q2 2028 and Propsearch May 2028, so the public sources agree. Danube has not put a date for Sparklz in its own press material. The DLD inspection on 25 August 2026 recorded 7.75% complete, 15 months after the registered construction start of 1 June 2025, with 21 months left to the registered date.

No change to the 31 May 2028 date has been announced. Danube says it has not delayed a handover and has delivered several projects early, including Pearlz six months ahead of schedule in May 2024, but that record is not a date for Sparklz.
What the Sparklz by Danube handover date means for payments
Every listed plan puts part of the price after handover, so the handover date fixes when those instalments begin. Property Finder’s first option is 10% at launch, 53% during construction, 7% at handover and 30% after handover. Continental Club lists 10% on booking, 51% over 26 construction instalments, 9% on handover and 30% within 30 months after handover. On a studio at AED 900,000, 30% is AED 270,000. If handover is on 31 May 2028, a 30 month post-handover schedule would run to about November 2030.
What to check before relying on the Sparklz by Danube date
- Which payment option the SPA uses. The share due at handover is 7% or 9%, and the share after handover 30% or 40%, depending on the plan.
- When the post-handover instalments start. They are counted from handover, so an early or late handover moves the whole schedule.
- Which of the two buildings the unit is in. DLD reports one figure for both, so Danube’s site updates are the only guide to each tower’s stage.
- The SPA completion date against 31 May 2028. The registered date is the only published date, as Danube’s own Sparklz material gives none.
