Beyond’s completion date for Soulever is Q1 2029, announced when the project was unveiled on 3 October 2025. The DLD project register holds a registered completion date of 30 December 2028. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Soulever by Beyond page.
There is no measured progress yet. The only DLD inspection, on 22 September 2025, recorded 0% and photographed an empty plot. The register gives 30 March 2026 as the construction start, which leaves about 33 months to the registered date. No newer inspection had been published by 11 October 2026.

Soulever is DLD project 4084, with 517 units (513 homes and 4 retail units) across 3 buildings. The register gives one progress figure and one date for the whole project. Sales records name the towers separately, with recent registrations in Tower 2.

Beyond has not revised its Q1 2029 date. The registered date of 30 December 2028 is one quarter earlier. Beyond’s other projects in Dubai Maritime City show a similar pattern: Orise is registered for 30 November 2027 but marketed for Q1 2028.
