The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register gives Sky Line by Peace Homes, the Peace Homes Development tower in Dubailand Residence Complex (DLRC), a registered completion date of 30 May 2030. Launch reports gave an earlier date. Alnair’s report on 25 November 2025 said Q4 2028, and Metropolitan’s project page still says Q4 2028. The only DLD inspection on record, on 14 October 2025, showed 0% progress, and it took place before the registered construction start.

Sky Line is one tower, DLD project number 4125, with 565 units including offices and shops. Its escrow account is held at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

How the Sky Line by Peace Homes handover date has changed

• 14 October 2025: first DLD inspection, at 0%.
• 25 November 2025: Alnair reports the presale, with expressions of interest from AED 40,000, studios from AED 750,000 and a Q4 2028 handover.
• 1 March 2026: construction start on the DLD register (1 May 2026 in another field on the same page).
• 2 September 2026: Continental Club’s 2030 handover list shows 30 May 2030.
• October 2026: the register still shows 30 May 2030 (Continental Club, updated 8 October 2026), while Metropolitan keeps Q4 2028.

The register date sits about 18 months after the launch date. The registered date is the one on DLD’s project records.

What the Sky Line by Peace Homes handover date means for payments

Alnair reported two plans at launch: 20/80 with 1% monthly instalments and a post-handover element, and 50/50. Metropolitan describes the 20/80 plan as 20% during construction and 80% at handover, while Continental Club lists 20% down and 80% during construction. Under Metropolitan’s version, 80% of the price is tied to completion, so a move from Q4 2028 to May 2030 pushes most of the payment back by about 18 months. Under Continental Club’s version, payments run through construction instead.

What to check before relying on the Sky Line by Peace Homes date

1. Which completion date the SPA states. Launch material in November 2025 referred to Q4 2028, while the register says 30 May 2030.
2. How the 80% is scheduled. The three published versions of the 20/80 plan put it at different stages.
3. A first DLD inspection after construction began. No progress figure after 14 October 2025 is on record.
4. The mix of uses in the tower. Offices and shops sit below 24 residential floors and are part of the same completion date.
