The DLD inspection on 10 September 2026 recorded the building 12.6% complete, about eight months after the registered construction start. To meet a December 2027 date, the remaining 87% would need to be built in about 15 months. The registered date allows about 28 months from that inspection.

Construction began about five months before the June 2026 launch, so the building was already on site when sales opened. Peace Homes described Sky Harmony as its third launch in three months and its fourth project in JVC.
The date has not changed since launch, but two dates have existed from the start: the marketed Q4 2027 and the registered 20 January 2029. No source shows the registered date being brought forward to match the marketing date.

The plan is 20% on booking, 40% during construction and 40% on handover, with nothing after handover (Luxury Located).
