The 60/40 plan takes 20% on booking, 40% in four instalments during construction and 40% on handover (Continental Club). On the median studio price of AED 862,257, the handover payment is about AED 344,900; on the median 2 bedroom at AED 1,818,725, it is about AED 727,500.

Nothing is listed as payable after handover, so the date mainly sets when the final 40% falls due.
