The plan is 20% on booking, 45% during construction and 35% on handover, with nothing after handover. Prestige One lists the construction share as 5% every quarter, and some agent listings show it as three payments of 15% within nine months of booking. In both versions the construction instalments run by date. For units booked in 2024 or 2025 they are largely paid already, so most buyers’ remaining payment is the 35% handover balance. A later handover moves that payment back but does not reduce it.
