Little is paid at handover itself. On the PDC plan, buyers pay 10% on booking, 5% in month 4 and 10% in month 12, then 1% a month for 75 months (Samana). Even if the 75 monthly payments start at booking, a purchase made at launch in August 2026 would keep paying until about late 2032, so more than three years of instalments fall after a mid 2029 handover. A later handover does not move these dates, since the plan follows the calendar rather than construction stages.
