The Dubai Land Department (DLD) project register lists Samana Imperial Garden with a completion date of 31 December 2028. Neither date has moved since launch. The gap between them is one quarter, with the register ahead of the developer.
What the Samana Imperial Garden handover date means for payments
Samana’s plans are paid mostly by monthly instalments. On the non-PDC plan, buyers pay 20% on booking, 10% in month 12, then 1% a month for 70 months. On the PDC plan it is 15%, 10%, then 1% a month for 75 months. From an October 2025 booking, the last monthly instalment falls in about 2031, so close to 30% of the price is still being paid after a March 2029 handover.
On a AED 838,000 studio, the DLD median, the monthly instalment is about AED 8,380. Continental Club lists a different split with 75% due on handover, so the plan attached to each SPA needs checking.
