At launch, Property Finder listed a plan of 15% at booking, 70% during construction and 15% at handover. The final 15% fell due with handover in 2023, and there was no post-handover instalment, so no developer payments remain on units in the building. - Registered prices, not asking prices. DLD registered sales from 19 May 2025 to 25 June 2026 had a median of AED 550,000 and AED 1,474 per sq ft, for a median size of 354 sq ft (Mitchells).
- Private pool upkeep. Units with built-in pools carry their own maintenance and water costs on top of the service charge, and the building has been occupied since late 2023.
