Samana Barari Heights is due for completion on 31 October 2028. That is the registered completion date on the Dubai Land Department register, Propsearch gives October 2028, and Samana gives Q4 2028. The DLD site inspection of 1 June 2026 recorded the tower 4.04% complete, 11 months after the registered construction start of 1 July 2025. Property Finder shows an earlier date, 21 April 2028, exactly three years after booking opened on 21 April 2025. No newer DLD inspection had been recorded by 25 September 2026.

Barari Heights is one tower of 737 homes, filed with the DLD as two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine, two podium levels and 27 floors. Samana has three other towers nearby in Majan with similar names. Each is a separate DLD project with its own date, shown below for comparison.

Barari Views and Barari Views 2 are twin towers, both with a registered start of 1 February 2024. Barari Lagoons is filed by a different Samana company, Samana Signature Real Estate Developments, with a registered start of 1 April 2025. Sources disagree on its size: the DLD register lists 601 homes, while Samana’s figure reported by MEP Middle East is 526 apartments.

Property Finder lists 20% at booking, 50% during construction and 30% after handover. That leaves 70% of the price paid before handover and 30% after it. On a studio at the AED 759,000 launch price, the post handover share is AED 227,700. The sister projects use different plans: Propsearch lists 15% on booking, 42% during construction, 10% on handover and 33% after handover for Barari Lagoons, and Samana launched Barari Views with 1% a month over eight years.
