Construction is in its early stages. The DLD inspection of 23 September 2026 put the tower at 6.01% complete, with about 25 months to the registered date.

Samana’s plans are spread over time rather than weighted on handover day. On the non-PDC plan, 20% is paid on booking, 1% a month for 36 months plus 10% in month 12 and 5% in months 18 and 24, then 24% at 0.5% a month for 48 months. The PDC plan starts at 15% and ends with 29% over 58 months. Dubai Homes Online describes the handover payment itself as 1%.
