The latest DLD inspection, on 1 October 2026, recorded the building 31.79% complete. To reach the registered date, the remaining 68% of the work has to be done in 15 months.
All 165 apartments are sold. Samana says its developer inventory has been fully allocated, and the DLD register shows 165 sales since 2024. Anyone buying now buys from an existing owner, and takes on the remaining construction and post-handover instalments with the unit.
