Regalia by Deyaar was handed over in April 2026. Deyaar announced the handover of the tower’s 913 units on 21 April 2026, and the Dubai Land Department recorded it 100% complete at a site inspection on 29 April 2026, the same day Deyaar posted that its final inspection was done. The register still carries a registered completion date of 31 December 2024, so portals that read that field show Q4 2024 or “handed over Q4 2024”. The tower was not finished then. Real Estate Club Dubai’s tracker, last checked against the register on 7 September 2026, shows the status as Finished.

Sources differ on the size of the tower. Deyaar and Mitchells’ copy of the register give 913 units. Real Estate Club Dubai’s copy lists 1,940 apartments. The 1,436 units quoted in some places is Deyaar’s total for Regalia, Jannat and Talia Residences, handed over together.
