The registered completion date is two quarters later than the Q2 2029 date used in launch brochures and in payment plans that show the final instalment in Q2 2029.
What the Raw District 2 by Imtiaz handover date means for payments
On the 50/50 plan, half the price falls due on handover: AED 333,000 on a studio at the AED 666,000 launch price, or about AED 365,700 on the median registered studio price of AED 731,416. On the 60/40 plan, 5% is due on handover and 40% is paid quarterly over three years after it, at about 3.3% a quarter (Mira International; OffplanIndex).
Under the 60/40 plan, payments would run to about mid-2032 if handover comes in Q2 2029, or to late 2032 on the registered date. Mira International’s schedule shows the first construction instalment on 15 November 2026, before the registered construction start.
