Progress slowed after the first year. Between 18 March 2025 and 30 April 2026, the tower added about 14 points. Continental Club, using the past year of inspections, puts the pace at 1.84 points a month and estimates completion around 15 January 2027. That is an estimate, not a date from IGO or the DLD.
What the Pelagos by IGO handover date means for payments
Buyers on the 50/50 plan without post-handover payments owe the second half on handover or 100% completion, so that payment waits for the building to finish. Buyers on the post-handover version pay part of the second half on handover and the rest every three months for 18 months afterwards, so their whole schedule starts later if handover is late (IGO sales presentation). The fixed instalments dated 1 March, 1 July and 1 November 2025 were not linked to progress and have already fallen due.
