Palm Beach Towers has a registered completion date of 31 December 2026 for each of its three towers, and Nakheel gives a Q4 2026 handover. Prices, sizes and the payment plan are on the Palm Beach Towers page.
The latest DLD inspection, on 12 August 2026, recorded Tower 1 at 82.83%, Tower 2 at 81.56% and Tower 3 at 74.27%. That left 17 to 26 points of work for under five months. Over the previous quarter each tower added only 2 to 3 points, as the project moved from structure into finishing.

The registered date has stayed at 31 December 2026. Independent trackers that project the recorded pace forward put completion later. Continental Club estimates 17 October 2027 for Tower 2, and Dubai Handover forecasts 31 March 2028 for Tower 1 and 8 June 2028 for Tower 3. These are estimates, not developer dates.
What the Palm Beach Towers handover date means for payments
Agent listings give a plan of 15% on booking, 45% during construction and 40% on handover, with nothing after handover (Projects Scout; Dubai Project Launch). The 40% balance is due when Nakheel issues the completion notice for the buyer’s tower. A 1 bedroom at the Tower 2 median sale price of AED 3,378,800 would leave about AED 1.35 million to pay at that point. A later handover moves this payment back; it does not reduce it.
What to check before relying on the Palm Beach Towers date
- The tower named in the SPA. Tower 3 had about 8 points more to do than Tower 1 in August 2026.
- The SPA completion date and any grace period, compared with the 31 December 2026 registered date.
- Whether the unit is a podium villa, which carries Nakheel’s separate H1 2027 date.
