Binghatti says One by Binghatti is expected to be completed by Q4 2026. The DLD register still holds the original registered completion date of 30 May 2026 for the Business Bay tower, covered in full on the One by Binghatti page.
The DLD inspection on 14 May 2026, two weeks before that date, recorded 50.21% complete. No newer inspection had been published by 4 October 2026. A passed date on the register means the record has not been updated, not that the tower is finished.

Between December 2025 and May 2026 the tower gained 11.53 points, a little over 2 points a month. Binghatti has not explained the move from Q2 to Q4 2026.
To finish by 31 December 2026, the remaining 49.79 points would need to be completed in about seven and a half months from the May inspection, around 6.6 points a month. That is about three times the rate recorded between the last two inspections. Propsearch’s May 2026 estimate and the register’s 30 May 2026 date are both out of date, so Binghatti’s Q4 2026 is the only current published date.

Binghatti’s plan puts 30% of the price on completion. On a 1 bedroom at AED 2,250,000, close to September 2026 registered prices, that is AED 675,000.
